Restoration services for private, commercial and insurance work

Restoration services for private, commercial and insurance work.

Cotswolds Restoration Services have a team of highly skilled and dedicated apprentice trained craftsmen, who have many years of experience that enables us to deal with the most difficult problems associated with antique and contemporary furniture. We also specialise in restoration of all types of wood panelling, flooring and staircases.

Restoration will require an expert knowledge of construction; type of timber used and finish for a piece of furniture. This is crucial in determining the appropriate methods needed to sympathetically restore and conserve all types of furniture.

With a small team of experts they offer a complete package of restoration services for private, commercial and insurance work.

Restoration and cabinet making

Our expert team can restore, repair and copy existing furniture. This is highly skilled and requires years of knowledge to do properly.

Furniture polishing

The finishing is as important as the craftmanship that has gone into the original furniture. If done incorrectly it can damage furniture for life. We pride ourselves on the quality of our techniques used.

Flooring, stairs and panelling

Floors, stairs and panelling need a great deal of care and attention. With knowledge of wood back to the 17th Century, we can restore and even replace missing components.

Thank you for the wonderful work carried out by your company in undoing the fire damage to the furniture. The results have been literally spectacular and we are all immensely grateful for your efforts and expertise.
